We will then send you a tax invoice in PDF file for you to settle by cheque, money order or direct bank transfer to our bank account. Once we have received payment into our account we will despatch your order by courier. Club/Instructors order. Please follow the above steps. Your discount will be shown on your tax invoice, (not the sales confirmation sent from the shopping cart) Instructors/Club Orders If you are a club instructor/coach or buying for your club, Please complete the registration form. We may contact you to verify your club details. This will give you access to the Instructors page, with wholesale price lists, and Club Specials, which will only be available through the Instructors Page. Once approved your security level will be raised to allow you access. Bushido Ltd will give 25% discount on any club order. Payment on order is required for the first order, after which payment is due 30 days after receiving your invoice. This allows you time to recover your costs from your students/customers. Bushido Ltd may negotiate further discount on large orders. No further discount will be given on sales or specials offered by Bushido Ltd.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please email us in advance of your order. Bushido will despatch your order once we have received payment to our account. We use 2 day guaranteed courier service. If you require faster service please contact us to arrange. Bushido Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrectly given address. Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct and contain a physical component.(Cannot be a PO BOX), Bushido Ltd will exchange items within 7 days of purchase. The cost of postage/courier will be billed to the customer. Bushido Ltd will only accept exchanges if the items are returned in the same condition it was sent, folded correctly in the original bag. Bushido will not exchange any item if it has been worn or damaged by the customer. Please contact our office before sending any items back. Our products carry as 30 day replacement warranty for any faults in workmanship or materials. Please contact us immediately. |
